How can I select fulfillment location for customer orders?

I have 2 locations. I keep inventory at both. We roast coffee fresh at both locations- I would like to choose which location fulfills the order (based on roasted coffee- not necessarily inventory kept at either location) Is there a way of editing the shipping location once a customer has ordered? Or setting up the product in some way so I can choose the shipping location at fulfillment?

Hi @CoffeeQueen ,

Are you looking to manually change the ship from location after the customer places an order? You can do that in Shopify directly, just to to the order and click the 3 dots -> Change location.

However, if you need the workflow to be automated based on specific attributes, please take a look at Order Fulfillment Guru.

Thanks! The 3 dots only gives me the option to "hold fulfillment." 

Do I have to configure the products some how? I want control the shipping manually for now bc I offer FREE shipping for local (local to the store location) and I want to do most of the mail orders from the 2nd location. Should I configure my store/shipping/products differently?
