How can I separate address fields into street and house number on Craft theme?

Above this is an example as how I want it to look. Currently my customers fill in their street and forget their house number, wich costing me alot of time to fix and figure out where to send the package. The field isn't showing errors when you forget to fill in any house numbers, thats why customers just pay and forget. Is there any way to seperate the adress field in street name and house number?

Which subscription plan is your store currently subscribed to? 

The reason that I ask is because a checkout can only be customized if your store is subscribed to the Shopify Plus plan. Even in the Shopify Plus plan, keep in mind however that customization options are still limited in order to maintain a consistent checkout experience for customers. The checkout page is a secure and standardized part of the Shopify platform, so limiting its code access helps us ensure that the information processed on checkout is kept safe at all times.

In saying this, if you're on the Shopify Plus plan you can look into installing a third-party app to help with your address situation, which you can take a closer look at here. This app provides a warning on checkout to customers who have inputted an invalid address, or one that is missing crucial information (such as a street number). Because apps like these require access to a store's checkout, you'll need to be on the Shopify Plus plan in order to utilize the functionalities of the app. Alternatively, a Plus store could also hire a developer to assist them with building a custom solution on their checkout to help with situations like these.

If your store isn't on the Plus plan, you might want to consider the following workaround to help display a reminder message on checkout for customers to input their street number:

1. In your Shopify admin, navigate to Online store > Themes.
2. Next to your current theme, click the Ellipsis (...) > Edit default theme content.
3. In the Filter items search bar, type "address". 
4. Scroll down until you see the Address label 1 heading. Underneath this, type in your desired message, which can look like the following for example:

You can then navigate to your store's checkout to see what the address field will now look like. You may need to refresh your page a few times before the change is implemented, but once it has it should look something like this:
