Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
So i can’t seem to have both domestic (aus) and international shipping available at the same time?
My general shipping rates include Asia, domestic, uk and USA. I have set up all my domestic and international shipping rates yet when a customer goes to the checkout only Australian domestic shipping in available?
So then in Custom shipping rates I made a seperate zone for rest of the world, but when I add my available products in the customer is now only able to select international shipping?
please if someone knows please help me TT^TT thank you for your time and sorry!!

I tested it on my end, and yes, it looks like you fixed it! I checked with a few different addresses, and the $17 international shipping rates showed each time, so that's great! I'm glad you were able to fix that.
Please let me know if you have any other questions! I'd love to learn more about your business. Do you hand-make the keychains yourself? They are so lovely! Do you only sell online, or do you also sell in-store?

Without having access to your shipping profiles it is hard for me to know what exactly may be causing the international shipping to show as the only option but I am happy to try and help figure it out! Are you able to provide your URL so I can take a look on my end? It would be helpful to also see a screenshot of your shipping rates to make sure your rates are set up correctly.

Thank you for providing your URL. I tested it on my end, and shipping options are showing up on my end for Illinois. I also checked a few other states in the USA, and all are sowing the standard international rate. This could mean it has to do with the product. Can you share with me the product or products this customer was trying to purchase? I will test with the specific products as well.

Hi, I have almost the same problem - testing my checkout payment but this message "This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again." always appears when I do checkout testing Metro Manila. What could be the problem?

Thank you for reaching out and sharing that screenshot, that is very helpful!
It looks like you have not entered any rates for your shipping profile. You will need to click manage beside your general rates and then click add rates. Have you entered a weight for each of your products on their individual product pages? if so, you can create shipping rates associated with the weight of the entire order. If not, you will need to create flat rates dependent on the total cost of each package. Please let me know if you need any more help with creating your shipping rates.
