Hello, So let me break down this scenario and what I'd like to accomplish:

We ship products in the 50 United States including Puerto Rico, however we are loosing money shipping SPECIFIC products to outside of the contiguous 48 States due to the size and weight of the product.

How can I set up a custom shipping cost that will trigger if said customer is from a specific location and have it only applicable for a specific product...
