How can I set different weights for the same box size on my product shipping labels?

I hope someone can help me here.  I sell a lot of different products that use the same size boxes, but are different weights.  Right now Shopify only allows me to use a box dimension one time, when setting up packages.  Pretty stupid, but that's the way it works.

For example,  I have:

Product A:  Ships in a 12x6x12 box and weighs 14lbs

Product B: Also ships in a 12x6x12 box but weighs 12lbs

Product C: Also ships in a 12x6x12 box but weighs 9lbs

When creating shipping labels now, I have to pick the Package Size, which will be the 12x6x12 box using the example above, and depending on the product purchased (A,B, or C), I have to manually change the weight each time.  I want to be able to pick the product from my package options, where it will be known that this is a 12x6x12 box and depending on the product (A, B or C), it will automatically know the weight.  So, instead of picking the Package Size, I want to be able to pick the Product ordered.

Is there an app that will help me do this?  Thanks!

Thanks for the advice HariKrishna, but I am not looking for an app that will correctly define the shipping charges to the customer during checkout.  I already have my shipping charges figured out and my system works perfectly.

I don't know how better to explain what I am looking for than I did in my post.  I am looking for an app that I can define packages by product name, not by box dimensions.  Will the app that you recommend allow me to ONLY do that and not change how shipping charges are configured during checkout?
