How can I set PayPal as my only payment provider?

Hi everyone, Im looking for my store to accept only paypal as a payment provider however when I try to untick all the payment providers under shopify payments it says atleast one needs to be ticked. If I delete the shopify payments is there a way to get it back if I want to use it later on?

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! You can disable the Shopify Payments gateway at any time by navigating to Settings > Payments > Manage (Shopify Payments) > Deactivate. With that being said, you can allow payments to be accepted with PayPal only on your online store if you choose to. Once you deactivate the Shopify Payments, you will have the option to enable whenever you are ready to use the gateway.

What is prompting you to only want to use PayPal's checkout? Did you know that as a bonus of having Shopify Payments active at the same time as PayPal you can avoid PayPal transaction fees?
