How can I set shipping rates based on package size in Japan?

Hi

Being based in Japan, Yamato shipping rates are based on the size of the package not the weight. 

So for example if I set up each size for each zone. Can I chose the size of my product when listing so it calculates the shipping but what Ive set up in the rates?
