How can I set up a shipping discount for additional items?

Hi. I have one collection that requires a shipping fee to be paid by the buyer, and I'd like flat fee to be paid for the first item, with each additional item in that order, no matter how many are purchased, to ship for free. I haven't figured out how to set that up yet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You can achieve this with the PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label. The app allows you to set up multiple shipping rules where you can set conditions like flat rates or free shipping based on quantity. Attaching some screenshots for a better understanding.

Much appreciated! Before I try it, I might have to go back and see it I can come up with something else--the extra $9 a month doesn't seem worth it to me. If I can't figure out a compromise, I'll have to give it a try. Thanks!

Hello again. I downloaded the app and linked my UPS account to my Shopify account. Now..I'm lost, lol. I only need to create shipping rules for one collection of products using UPS only.
