Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi everyone,
I'm running into an issue with setting up local pickup. I want all of my products to have the options to be able to have local pickup, but it also must be synced with my other location's inventory. Any advice?
Another issue that I have is one of my customer placed an order for shipping, but they want to change to local pickup, is there a way for me to change to local pickup? If I can't and the customer doesn't mind paying for the shipping, but will pick up locally anyway. Will they have a chance to chargeback since no tracking number was provided?

I believe our new Store transfers feature for Pickup in store may help solve your problem.
This allows your customers to buy items online and have them shipped or transferred to your customer's preferred store for pickup. A fulfillment method commonly known as Ship to store. This means you can offer pickup in store at locations for products that are not stocked there.
