How can I set up Australia Post shipping calculations at checkout?

HI, I have set up my store and got everything ready, except for shipping at the checkout stage. All I want to do, is use Australia Post for all my shipping. I want the shipping calculations to calculate the shipping at checkout, using the Australia Post rates. Everytime I turn around, to set up my store, it costs me more to upgrade my Shopify account, so i can use a particular app or service. So what do I have to do to simply set up to use Australia Post at my checkout? I have down loaded the app Australia Post Mypost Business. I think this is Seller Dash. Do I have to upgrade my Shopify to Professional to be able to use Australia Post rates? Thanks.

Hey there. I know it's not a direct answer, but one potential solution I could offer is using shipping automation (with a platform like Starshipit). While there is obviously a cost involved in using another service, you're able to control more parts of your shipping and fulfilment process.

By integrating Starshipit with your Shopify store, you can streamline your shipping process and provide accurate Australia Post rates at checkout. I recommend checking out Starshipit to see if it meets your requirements and budget.

Yes. You have to upgrade your account to atleast the "Shopify" level plan in order to be able to use 3rd party shipping rate applications like Australia Post Mypost Business.

To calculate shipping at checkout using Australia Post rates, your store needs to be on the Advanced or Plus plan. If you're on the Shopify plan, you can either add this feature for a monthly fee or switch from monthly to yearly billing.
