How can I set up in-store pickup and shipping options for my products?

I have products that are available in store as well as from a warehouse. I’m new to shopify so what i’m looking for is a way for customers to be able to have both in the order and it automatically set the products that can be picked up in store as that and the products that need to be shipped as that. right now if i add one of each to the cart it says neither can be picked up or shipped. thanks for any help.
