How can I set up my shipping rates on UAfrica for South Africa?

Hello

We make us of UAfrica to handle the logistics of our orders

I am trying to configure my Shopify stores shipping rates following this help guide : https://www.uafrica.com/help/shipping/setting-up-shipping-zones-in-uafrica 

When I get to step 5 : Next, ensure that “uAfrica Shipping Zones” is activated on the second tab, “Carrier and app rates”.

I am unable to select "Use carrier or app to calculate rates" as I get this error : There are no carriers or apps available for this zone.

My zone is South Africa
