How can I set up payment methods for my new online store in Pakistan?

Hi there, 

I am so much worried because I paid for the Shopify plan, buy a domain and set up products. But when it comes to receiving payments they are telling me to add third-party apps for receiving payments.

Ok, so I tried 2 of them.

The first one is Faster pay and the second one is 2checkout.

I tried to make an account on both of them.

2checkout instantly dismissed my request for account approval saying that the products you are trying to sell are not eligible (I am selling women's fashion-related products, Home, Kitchen related products).

Second, when I tried to make an account on faster pay they are now asking me to send bank transactions reports and business selling reports of 2-3 months old. That's very weird because I am just preparing my new account and trying to sell products for the first time. How can I provide them?

Please please guide me through this. I already paid 29$ for the plan and now I am stuck here. Thank you so much!

I am sorry to hear about your recent difficulty with setting up a payment provider for your store in Pakistan. 

I'd love to be able to help you troubleshoot the payment provider accounts, however as their setup process is completely external to us we have no control or influence over that. Have you already tried reaching out to  2Checkout & Faster Pay customer support? They may be able to assist with getting an account setup. I found these two links you can use to try to contact them for help:

There are some other payment provider options for you to choose from. Have you had a chance to check out the list of available payment providers in Pakistan here?
