How can I solve the account ID verification issue for my online store?

Hi, i created a store on shopify, not knowing you had to be 18. After discovering this i have made my parent the store owner but it is still asking me for photo id and not my parent. Can anyone help?

It looks like the information requirements for Shopify Payments may have been requested before you've updated the store ownership, so you'll need to get in touch with us in order to make the changes for the payments account.
