Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey.
My store has two fields in the checkout form for costumer name.
Firstname
and
Lastname.
Although. When the orders export. Firstname AND lastname are in the same coloumn [shippingfullname]?
I would like it to be divided into two seperate coloumns. Like => [shippingfirstname] & [shippinglastname]
Could anyone point me in the direction of where to change the default order export coloum setup?
Cheers
Yes, you can do this with our third-party app, Report Toaster:
This is just spoofed data but you get the idea. Essentially you can add whatever columns you want, adjust the filters, change the date range and all sorts.
You can check out the app over in our listing here: https://apps.shopify.com/report-toaster For Basic and regular Shopify customers, there is also a free plan available.
Hopefully that works for you 🙂
Nice sir , its amazing! You explain very well about the problem ,where to change the default order export column setup. It is very helpful for me . Thanks a lot! Sir.
Claudia here from Better Reports.
I would recommend our app Better Reports for this.
We have built-in fields allowing you to choose either the shipping full name or the separated shipping first name and shipping last name. The same fields are available for the billing name and the customer registered name.
In addition to this, Better Reports has more than 60 built-in reports available out of the box that cover many common use-cases for merchants. You can schedule reports to run at set frequencies to your email or Google Drive or export the reports in CSV, Excel or PDF format.
I encourage you to install Better Reports and start your free 14-day trial and I'll be happy to set this up for you.
