How can I start selling in Poland without a registered business?

How can I start selling whilst I don't have registered legal business and I live in Poland? I have already spent few hours, trying to set payment method and nothing. Tried adress in US to have access to Shopify payments but can't be done without Social Security Number. Every provider want's my business data.

My best advice is to have a registered legal business, having a registered legal business will open quite a few doors for you to start receiving payments . i.e Stripe, PayPal.. etc..
