Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Shopify has been still having payments out of my account and I’m trying to stop it and get my money back
Hi, @HavinGod_.
Welcome to the Shopify Community.
I understand you're actively being billed from Shopify and you would like to halt payment and receive a refund. I would like to advise that as per our Shopify Terms of Service - Section 5.10, we do not issue refunds. However, once the store is successfully closed, our team may be able to review the billing charge on a case by case basis. You can create a support request via the Shopify Help Center.
While we can't directly investigate the charge through community forums, I can share some tips and tools to help you narrow down where it's coming from. If you're unsure of the store you're being billed for, you can use our Recovery Tool. To use the recovery tool, enter your email address and click Email store details. The tool will send you a list of store(s) associated with that email address.
Another option to locate the charge is searching your email inbox by using the search filter. You can enter Shopify Billing into the search bar to pull up Shopify Billing charges. The bill will clearly state the charge and how the transaction will appear on your credit card statement.
Lastly, you may still be getting billed if the store was not closed correctly or for any third-party apps that weren't uninstalled, shipping label charges, transaction fees etc. You can try re-accessing your store to accurately review the charge. For more information on deactivating your store, check out our Help Center resource.
