How can I stop Shopify taking money from my bank account

Last week I contacted Shopify help desk with this problem - When my Son was younger he set up a shopify account and E6.15 is being taken from my bank account every month ever since. He does not remember his shopify account details and he doesn't know what email he used to set up the account. I have tried following advice in various forums with no joy. Can you please stop the E6.15 coming from my account every month ? I tried blocking it through my bank but as you use a different payment description every month they can't do it. an example of most recent payment description was "POS SHOPIFY* 319 19/01 0" and the previous one was "POS SHOPIFY* 308 20/12 0". I assume you are able to help me cease these payments. Thank you.

Someone called “Richell Shopify Support Advisor” was responding and I provided some information and attachments as requested. However, now I am getting no replies, just an automated message saying the ticket has been closed.  It should not have been closed as the issue4 has not been resolved. The ticket ID was 54830530.
