How can I successfully change my banking information?

I've been trying to change my banking account info for the past week and I keep getting a notification that says to try again later.  I try everyday to change it and nowhere am I able to find someone to help me or like a live chat support. Please Help this is URGENT!

To change your bank account, make the following changes: 

  • Unable to update your bank account at this time. Please try again later.

 

If so, this is often an indication that the account information entered is incorrect and our banking partners are unable to validate it. Since that is so, the best course of action is to contact your bank and triple-check that the details are correct. If they confirm that your bank account information is accurate, your bank account may not be supported at this time. To check if this is the case, please visit this page and click the relevant region or link to see the requirements applicable to you.

Hello, 

I’ve been trying to change my bank info, it asks for the old info which I entered, however it tells the info is incorrect ( which is not!) , I’ve been waiting to wire the money out to my account for weeks! And there’s no one to talk to!!!!!!!! Can someone already help with this?

If the account number you're entering isn't being accepted, it likely means the details that were entered during the setup were incorrect. In such cases, our support team will need to help you update your bank account information so they can manually authenticate you. This way we can keep your sensitive information secure.   1. Visit our Help Center.
  2. Chat with the AI assistant and enter "account concern."
