Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello everybody !
I have some problems with editing CHECKOUT (change colors, logo etc.)
I already edit CHECKOUT in settings, and everything is fine .. like i wish .. here you can see how it look's when I edited in settings.
But when i preview page or go to customize page .. still have original checkout with original color and no logo
Pretty new here, anyway i hope anyone got solution 🙂
Thanks a lot,
Pry
Hey, @pryzadet! Welcome to Shopify Community!
Thanks for sharing those screenshots. They're really helpful! I was looking at them and I noticed something that could be the reason behind the issue you're encountering. As I've highlighted below, you seem to be viewing two different theme files:
In the first screenshot, we can see that you're viewing a Dawn theme file that is live or published in your store. While on the other hand, in the second screenshot, we can see that you're viewing a Dawn theme file that is in draft. Checkout customizations are theme-specific so they will only show in the theme where you made the changes.
I suggest viewing the published Dawn theme to check if the changes you made reflect there. Make sure you're clicking Customize beside the published or live theme. You can find it in this area on the Online Store > Domains page:
Alternatively, you can simply type your domain on a browser and access your checkout there. If you made the changes to the live theme, they will appear on your storefront.
Let me know if the changes appear in the live theme. If you have confirmed that you're viewing the same theme files but the changes still aren't showing, do update me so I can help you further. Feel free to share a link to your website too so I can check if the customization is showing on my end.
Since you're designing your website, I thought I'd share this helpful blog post: 25 Best Ecommerce Website Designs To Stand Out (2023). Website design is a key factor in getting conversions and sales, so I want to make sure you're designing your online store in a way that would attract customers. I hope you're able to take some tips and ideas from it!
