Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello. I have had a number of pages running on shopify for about 2-3 months now. For some pages, they have worked quite well, but I never receive any payment from shopify to my company bank. the support said that I should check my next payments and it says SEK 0. and on all orders it says "pending" under payment status. the support asked me to ask in the shopify community. thanks in advance.

Depending on the payment gateway that you're using, pending payments would be something that we'd recommend checking with your payment gateway to see if the payments have been received. It's also important to note that we're unable to access merchant accounts on the Shopify Community. However, if you'd like for a Support advisor to take a closer look at your account, then we'd be happy to assist you through live chats.
