How can I successfully sell physical gift cards online?

We ordered physical gift cards through a Shopify Partner and we are able to sell them in store using predetermined amounts as well as custom amounts though the POS. We are having trouble fulfilling orders with PHYSICAL gift cards ordered online. Please help!

Thank you for your reply and providing that added information! 

Currently, when you sell a gift card on your online store the platform sends an email to your customer with the gift card information so that the customer doesn't have to spend money on shipping and receives the product as soon as possible.

Alternatively, since it is a special case where you require shipping for a PHYSICAL GIFT Card, it may be a good idea to consider it as a NORMAL product so that shipping options will be available for you.

If it’s a regular product that can be shipped how would we load it up based
on the amount ordered? It sounds like physical gift cards cannot be mailed
unless there is a manual process of buying over the phone with manual entry
cc info from the pos and then mailed out.
