Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I am trying to include international shipping on my site, but am having some trouble.
Example: I created a zone for France, set a flat rate shipping price based off of Pirate Ship's estimate, I gave my products a customs code, yet my France customer still is unable to checkout. What am I missing? I can't find any good step by step YouTube videos lol
Thank you in advance!
Hi @Kooler24
I guess you have to configure your Shopify market. This is done by selecting "Add Markets" from within the Markets settings. You can check out this thread with similar query. To resolve it accurately you can also contact Shopify live chat support: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact/chat
Hi there, @Kooler24.
Usually, the most common reason for not being able to see a shipping option for a specific region is that the items they are checking out have not been included in the relevant shipping zone. If you have a look over this video, it walks through how to make sure your shipping zone/profile has the correct items added around the 7.00 minute mark.
The other thing to check is that the shipping conditions are being met, for example, if your shipping profile/rate is for items 0.5kg to 1kg and the item in the checkout is 2kg in weight - then it will not show up as a shipping option for you. This guide walks through shipping conditions.
I hope this helps!
