How can I successfully verify my address for ID verification?

Good evening,

I'm still having trouble verifying my address under a yellow rectangle called "submit details." Some of your Shopify employees advised me to try and upload a bank account statement, or a phone statement, that sort of thing. I've tried every option and they've refused me both so I don't know what to do anymore. I've heard that you can access my information, I'm endorsing you, and I'm asking you to please verify my address in any way that I can so that I can finally let my shop out into the world.

With regards to your inquiry, are you able to expound more on your current interaction with our live support team? I understand they provided you with other alternatives on what to submit but since these options are also not being accepted, what have they said regarding this matter?
