How can I track monthly shipping costs for June 2022?

Hello,

 

Is there a report that will show me how much I paid for shipping in the month of June 2022?

I don't want to have to open every single order (1000) of them to find out.  Please help if possible.

Hi,

 

You can Advanced Reports app to get such reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Also, the report provides other useful metrics, like gross sales, taxes etc

If you purchase your shipping through Shopify you should be able to see these charges under Finances / Billing from your partner dashboard.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with generating a report that outlines total shipping fees on a month-to-month basis, to get this resolved. As shipping fees would fall under key financial information regarding your business, you can refer to the fiance report within the Analytics section of the admin.

 

I recommend checking out our Finance Reports Documentation for a complete list of financial reports available to you and their description. The Finance Summary will include an overview of the shipping charges associated with a sale or return and can be sorted to populate on for the entire month. To access, you can:

 

  • Head to Analytics > Reports from the Shopify admin. 
  • Under Finances, select Summary
  • In the top right hand corner, adjust the date range to populate accordingly. 
  • Select Shipping located under Sales
  • Optional: You can export this report into a CSV file by selecting Export in the top right hand corner after selecting Shipping

 

 

Alternatively, you can look to the Shopify App Store for access to a more in-depth report. For ease, I've gone ahead and suggested a few apps below you can check out:
