Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I'm wondering if there's a way to find out the shipping charges I pay for customer orders? For context, I offer free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD, so I'm trying to find a way through Shopify's system to keep track of these expenses. I know it's possible to view shipping charges through the Billing cycle, but it's a bit cumbersome even if I download everything as a CSV file.
As a follow-up question, is it possible to isolate these expenses and have them synced to QuickBooks Online? Any insight on that side of things would be gre

Hi there,
Assuming you use Shopify Shipping, you can see these on your Shopify statement. Bu they are difficult to isolate from everything else and associate to orders.
Our Report Toaster app can help. We can show Shopify shipping costs associated to orders and even help calculate order profit. Please feel free to take a look and let us know how we can help.
Hi Dave,
We just launched two new reports for Shopify Shipping labels:
1. Shipping Labels
2. Shipping Labels Over Time
You can now see and export your shipping label costs per order along with other metrics such as average label costs over time.
I suspect you could import the .csv files into QuickBooks but that would depend on your setup.
Hopefully this helps!

what about linking these shipping labels to their orders? The numbers don't do much good if we can't correlate them to specific customers.
