Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I got my first order on my website ecodifier.com, but I don't know how to get a payout and I don't have the Shopify menu Finances on the side of my dashboard like some of you do. How do I get my Shopify funds to my credit card? The customer paid with Stripe method. But I need my Shopify funds automatically on PayPal or on my Credit Card, because the supplier I use for order fulfillment is Cjdropshipping and they only accept PayPal or Credit Card payment to fulfill orders. Cjdropshipping told me they can't help either. Please help!
Hello, @eco12!
First of all, congrats on your first order! This is a great milestone and you should be proud of how far you have come.
Now, to actually get the payout, we need to look at a few things here:
First, when was this order placed?
According to Stripe Help Docs, in most cases, when you start processing live payments from your customers with Stripe, you won’t receive your first payout until 7–14 days after receiving your first successful payment.
The first payout might take longer for a number of reasons, including your country or being in a high-risk industry. Processing subsequent payouts then happens according to your account’s payout schedule as described in this link here.
If it has been longer than 14 days, I would recommend you check for any emails from Stripe, to see if they have communicated any issues with your account.
If you haven't received anything, the next step would be to contact Stripe support here, and have them take a look into this payout for you.
Should you find any issues with your account, let me know what country you're based in, and I will be happy to show you alternative gateways available to you in your region.

Thank you for your response. I actually don't understand how other dropshippers get their payouts immediately and automatically to their paypal or credit card account right away to immediately fulfill the orders through their suppliers. Cause it can't take 7 Days to get their funds to their Credit Card or to PayPal to fulfill the order there. There must definitely be a way to immediately, automatically pay out the funds from any payment method a customer chooses, right to PayPal for example, so the orders can be fulfilled. Please help me in this matter.
