I don't know why my shopify payment is on hold. I cant even find the way to communicate with the shopify help center. I have no pending information submition in my notification. What should I do to resolve this problem?
Your Shopify Payments account is most likely put on a standard hold which requires us to verify your identity and location. As such, please reach out to our Support Advisors via the Help Center who will be able to escalate the situation to allow our team to provide you next steps. Once your account is verified the hold will be released.
