How can I verify my address for Shopify Payments while in Ireland?

Hello. Now i want add Shopify Payment in my account. I did sell them my Ukrainian Passport. Its were okay. But when i selling address verif, they dont allowed him. But now i staying in Ireland in the hotel, like a refugee and i  have this paper which took to me reception. So what in my situation i should doing for allowing my address?
