How can I view a list of my purchased shipping labels?

I like to tally up the amount of money I spend on shipping for orders purchased through Shopify every day. Is there any way to view all my purchased shipping labels and how much they cost for orders placed on a certain day? Possibly in a spreadsheet or through an app? Thanks!

I would also like a solve for this. The only way I've found is to go to the Billing History page, open the Shopify Billing Statement for each month then click where it says "x shipping fees" for a list of each shipping charge.

This is a feature that is necessary for financial and accounting reconciliations.

Is there a report that shows all shipping labels that were printed, paid for, cancelled, and refunded?

Without one, I can't reconcile the Shipping Label Fees that are charged to my credit card every month along with the other Shopify service fees.

Did you ever find an answer to this?

I'm looking for the same info.

I was able to find it!

Go to Settings gear at bottom of left side bar then choose Billing from menu options.

I see "payouts" when I follow this and tried following everyone else's suggestions as well, but I've yet been able to access my list of purchased shipping labels. Anyone had success?

I was just able to find it.

From the web browser admin homepage, click Finances, then Billing, then scroll to the bottom where it says 'Statement of charges' then click 'view summary'

On the app- tap 'Store' at the bottom, then open Settings, then Billing, then scroll to the bottom for the statement of charges.

I appreciate you for reaching out!

I was actually looking for something more detailed than a list of shipping
charges, similar to what USPS, UPS and FedEx offers which is a list of the
actual shipping address and tracking # to help with disputes within a
certain time frame (instead of going 1x1 into each order to find the
tracking # and sometimes the shipping address differs from what was
inputted by the customer to what was actually printed out on the label).

Hoping Shopify makes this option as a standard feature since all other
major shipping couriers offer this feature already.

Thanks again!

Under the Admin homepage: go to Finances > Billing.

Under Recent Bills, click "View all Billing History"

Now the key is to Export to CSV File at the top.
Click Bill by Date > Export Bills.

Once you have the Excel file open, it will break down all charges by Shipping, Apps, etc. and you can view the report as needed for Accounting.

Hey everyone,

We just launched two new reports for Shopify Shipping labels that might be helpful:

1. Shipping Labels

2. Shipping Labels Over Time

You can now see and export your shipping label costs per order along with other metrics such as average label costs over time.

Note: For any financial reconciliations, you still need to use the Shopify Bill as it's the source of truth for final charges.

Hopefully this helps!

Bjorn

Can you tell us where to go to generate these reports?

Hey Dean,

In your Admin, on the left side click on: Analytics > Reports

In the list of reports, you should then see:

1. Shipping Labels

2. Shipping Labels Over Time

I hope that helps!

Is this possible thru one of the APIs? We use Shopify Shipping.
