Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello!
I can't seem to figure out how to view our total shipping charges for the year, month, whatever. Is there a report that generates this for you? I don't want to know what people have paid for shipping. I want to know what our business has paid over whatever period of time.
Are you using Shopify Shipping? If so, you should be able to get the amount they are charging you in your monthly payout breakdown report.
Yes we use Shopify shipping. I am not seeing a report or a column in the payout report that says how much we are paying for shipping on a given day or week or month, etc.
You should be able to find it in Settings > Billing > Statement of Charges. You can only go back 90 days, but if you check it often, you should be able to get an accurate dollar amount by the end of the year.
Hey @streu21 ,
We just launched two new reports for Shopify Shipping labels that might also help you:
1. Shipping Labels
2. Shipping Labels Over Time
You can now see and export your shipping label costs per order along with other metrics such as average label costs over time.
The bills are always most accurate for any financial reconciliations, but these reports will give you a quick, high level overview of your costs and how they might change over time.
Hopefully this helps!
