How can payment verification issues be resolved on an e-commerce platform?

Does anyone know how your shopify payments can be verified?

This message comes up every time i try to put in my details..

"Some of your information could not be verified.

Some of the information you provided for Shopify Payments couldn't be verified. Please contact support to complete the verification."

Also says my payments are on hold.

Much appreciated if someone can solve this

Thanks for reaching out.

In order for us to take a further look into the account, we will need to verify you as the store owner. Since we cannot authenticate you for the store in question using the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared. It would be best and more secure to login to your store using our Contact Us page.

Once you successfully login, you will be directed to the Help Center - type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar to locate the option to Get Support under the search results. After that is selected, you will be able to reach out to a Support Advisor about the situation.

This still hasnt been resolved. Ive sent emails, ive called my bank and ive chat to the support team online still no one has an answer for this. This isnt something on the banks end because they could not find any blocks preventing me from using my card. Card is working everywhere else

Please help
