How can we integrate international shipping from Pakistan?

Hi, pls share what integration options do we have for Shipping Internationally to all other countries from Pakistan. Basically we are looking for integration that can automatically update shipping rates at checkout, as per weight of the total order. Additional features can be generating shipping labels & tracking ID.
