How COD can only be offered to certain countries

I currently serve in 8 countries.

However, I would like to prevent the COD payment method from being selectable in certain countries.

Is there any way? 

Like as, 
In country A, COD and paypal are available.
In country B, only paypal is available.

Please help me.

As far as I know, it's not possible to only have a certain payment method for a single country although this feature was requested years ago, the payment method you have connected would be displayed for all customers.

The best way to curb customers from choosing this option would be to have notes displayed where COD is possible to let them know of this.

Hello @Johnseo 

You can only limit COD to specific countries if your store is based in India or if you are using Shopify Plus.

If you are on other Shopify plans it's possible to limit COD to only specific countries if you use a separate order form to collect Cash on Delivery orders. If you install our app QuickForm you will be able to create a separate order form for your Cash on Delivery orders and you can limit the form to only the countries you need on the Visibility settings here:

With this solution COD will only be available for the countries you want because your customers will use the COD order form if they want to pay with Cash on Delivery and if your customers are in other countries or they want to pay with prepaid they can use the normal Shopify Checkout.

Yes, you can offer COD only to certain countries using PayRules: Hide Payment Methods app. For example, suppose you only want to show COD for USA and Canada. To do that, you can follow the below steps:

1. Choose Cash on Delivery from the Select payment methods field.
2. Then choose Hide if not found and Canada, USA from the Countries field like the below screenshot.
