How do drop shipping apps handle transaction charges?

Hello,

I'm just about to open up my store, but I am confused on how the transaction system works in terms of payments. I use Oberlo (for drop shipping) and Printify, and I was wondering when a customer makes a purchase how I get charged for that transaction; do I get charged from my debit card for the cost of production, or do I get charged from my paypal account ( which I have linked to shopify). Any help is greatly appreciated.. Thanks!
