How do I buy shipping after initial fulfillment

I need to send a customer something that was left out of a package. How do I order another shipping label when the order has already officially been "fulfilled".

@evotionchastity yes since order is already fulfilled, you should duplicate that order and remove delivered item and process it as another order

I'm delighted to see that you were able to get some support from the Shopify Community! If the order contains multiple items, then you can fulfill part of the order and purchase additional labels later to fulfill the remaining items. However, since the entire order has already been fulfilled in this case, then you wouldn't be able to purchase additional labels. 

That being said, as suggested by @gr_trading, there is a workaround where you duplicate the order by creating a draft order and only add the missing product to this invoice. After that, you can discount the item to $0 since the customer has already paid, then you can fulfill the new order and purchase another shipping label.
