How do i cancel my BDroppy montly subscription?

Hi, how can I cancel my subscription with BDroppy?

If i delete the app on my Shopify account , do I still have to pay every month?

I’m asking because they don’t have an option to cancel my subscription, and it doesn’t show on my Shopify billing.

This is a great question!

 

Deleting the app does not necessarily mean that you will not be billed further for the subscription of this app. This would depend on the app billing cycle or usage cycle. As this app is a third party, then there should be an option to cancel the subscription within your account in the app on your admin or, with the developer directly.

 

I can see that they have a support email at this page here, so it might be worth sending an email over to: f.biglio@brandsdistribution.com for some assistance. 

 

Likewise, if you have already taken that approach and had no response yet, then you can reach out to our support portal here where we can email the app developer on your behalf.

 

I trust that is helpful but let me know if there is anything else you need! By the way, how are things going on the rest of your store? Are there any marketing initiatives you'd like to discuss?
