Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey! I received an order via the Paypal checkout and then finished setting up my Paypal account. But I have not received the money into my Paypal account and shopify still says, one payment left to capture. How do I capture this payment?

I appreciate that you have let us know which payment gateway has been used as that is very helpful! In this case, I would suggest checking your PayPal email address junk/spam folder to see if PayPal has attempted to reach out to you about claiming the funds.
Since I cannot authenticate you for the store in question, I am unable to look further into the order that you have received. With that being said, you can reach out directly to our support by logging into your store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking with a Support Advisor about the order.
