How do I change the title of the Shipping method for unmatched combined products?

Hi,

Currently we have two different shipping profiles in our store as we ship items in different size packages. For each of these profiles we use a different courier. What I am trying to do is to change the tile of the default combined shipping method from two profiles from "Shipping" to something more bespoke.

One of the reasons we need to do this, as mentioned, is that we use two different couriers for each profile, so having the titles match misrepresents the shipping option. We want to change the tile "Shipping" to a brief description. E.G - "Combined International Shipping - See Shipping Policy for more info."

There must be a way somewhere to change this code.
