How do I choose the best payment gateway for my online store?

Just looking for some sort of advice we are currently a online store and are wanting to add our Vape and liquid products to our site but obviously we can't use shopify payments as our gateway so just looking for some suggestions that we could easily integrate into our store to sell these vape products - UK based

Authorize.net, PayPal, and PayEezy -- would be good options to look into.
