Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I received and fulfilled my order and sent it to my customer but I accidently sent the wrong size. How do I create a new shipping label to send her the correct size? Or do I need to create a whole new order?

Hi @BrandeeCross,
It is possible to void shipping labels bought directly from Shopify, however this cannot be done if a tracking event has already occurred (e.g. the courier has collected the package and it is on its way to the customer). This means you would need to purchase a new shipping label in order to ship the new item to the customer.
How are you handling the return of the item you shipped originally? Presuming that you are asking the customer to send the item that is incorrectly sized back to you, you can create a return label in the Shopify admin and send this to your customer for them to use. In terms of the new item you'll be shipping, the best thing to do will be to create a draft order and then buy a shipping label from this new order you have created.
I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have more questions!

Hi,
My customer won't be returning the original shipment so how do I create a new label since the original order was shipped, received, & fulfilled?
Thank you!
Hi @PGC24,
You can go ahead and create a draft order, mark it as a paid if you require no further payment from the customer, and then buy a Shopify Shipping shipping label when fulfilling the order. You can add the customer's shipping details and the products they are purchasing when creating the order.
I hope this helps but please let me know if you've any further questions.
