Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I am being charged monthly for my shopify store but it says it is "Inactive". Please have someone call me with how to proceed or discontinue the monthly charge. please email me with how to contact someone please.

I understand that your Shopify store is currently set to inactive but you are still being charged monthly. If possible, you will want to head over to your Shopify Admin > Settings > Plans, and ensure that you have cancelled your subscription. You will also want to view your Billing section and check to see if you have any active subscriptions on your account.
If you are still having issues, kindly get in touch with our team through the Help Center. If you see the chat assistant, you can ask to contact support and it'll guide you with your next steps on how to connect with a team member. Once you get in touch with support, we will be able to take a closer look.

PLEASE HELP ME. I am being charged monthly for my account and I am unable to access it because it says "Inactive". I cannot get into the settings to modify changes. the screen is asking me to "select a plan". Why am i being charged monthly if I have a plan and cannot access my account?

Thanks for the update.
It's possible that you are being charged a subscription on another account. In order to check, please enter your active emails in this Recovery Tool. From there, you will receive an email if there is an account associated with your email and you'll be able to check if there's an active store.
If you're having issues with the Help Center, can you try accessing it through a different device or browser? That should help rule out a local issue.
