Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders

Hi, @sara_alexeve
Thanks for reaching out and posting your question. If the refund amount was too less, then you can refund the difference. However, if the refund exceeds the correct amount, then I'm afraid there isn't a way to cancel, or adjust the refund.
Was the refund too high? If so, you can absolutely contact the customer and explain the situation. If they are willing to help you recover the funds, you can use a draft order to invoice them for the difference.
