how do i find shop pay installment payouts?

My customer purchased using shop pay installments. It is not showing in the payouts. Thanks!

How long ago did your customer make their purchase? If your customers pay using Shop Pay Installements, your payout will show where they normally do it does take a few days to show as the payment goes through our third-party partner company.

Hi Emily,  the purchased was made yesterday.  I'm skeptical to take the package to ups before knowing I'll be paid. It has already been packed and fulfilled. Then i noticed I didn't see the payout. Thanks!

I completely understand, you can ship the order whenever you feel the most comfortable. At the bottom of the order page you should see the purchase history and see that the payment was captured but, again you can always wait until you see the payment in your payout it shouldn't be too long max a couple business days.
