How do I fix shipping zone issues with multiple suppliers?

Hii iam having some trouble with my shipping zone. I have 2 different suppliers but I am shipping in one zone but the app only allowing me to ship from one suppliers an not the other in the general shipping zone need help fixing this problem

Please check if your supplier is listed in "Not shipping from" at the bottom of the general profile settings page. If it is listed, click the button "Add rate" located next to the supplier.
