How do I fulfill my first order on a dropshipping website?

This is going to be a rookie question. I have received my first order on my drop shipping website. Can someone please give me a step by step how to complete the order? I have searched everywhere on Shopify and Im disappointed I cannot find a contact anywhere on here.
