How do I integrate DHL into my online store?

Hello,

The DHL officer I am working with told me that I must contact Shopify to secure access into my eshop for their IT team, so they can perform system integration based on the rates they offered me. 

But I can't figure out where, how, whom to contact and what to do. 

Please let me know. I am somewhat at loss.
