How do I know if my Oberlo orders are fulfilled automatically?

i have my first order!!!

 

How do i know the orders have been fulfilled by Orbelo. I have not paid them yet - or is the money deducted from my shopify automatically. How do i know the order has been fulfilled. Is there a way to have auto fulfillment?

Congratulations on getting your first order, that is so exciting! There are great Oberlo help documents on this exact subject that you can check out here:

 

 

When an order is placed on your store, there are still some steps you need to take to fulfill your orders through AliExpress. I recommend reading over all the details and steps in the first help document to ensure that all of your settings are correct and ready to go, but here are the main actions that you'll need to take to fulfill your order. 

 

You'll first want to review the following requirements for ordering through AliExpress/Oberlo:

 

  • You need to have an AliExpress account.

  • You need to connect your AliExpress account to Oberlo.

  • You need to join the free AliExpress Dropshipping Program.

  • If your order doesn't show up in Oberlo, then you need to fix your missing order.

 

From there, you will need to connect your AliExpress account to Oberlo, place your AliExpress order (within Oberlo), pay for your order on AliExpress, and finally, sync your AliExpress order in Oberlo.

 

That may seem like a lot of steps but it's easy when you follow along with the help document, and the more often you do it the faster it'll be!

 

There currently isn't a way to have Oberlo orders automatically be fulfilled — since AliExpress is separate from Oberlo. I do however understand why being able to have this process be automated would be helpful for you and your business (and I'm sure plenty of others) so I've gone ahead and submitted a future feature request to our developers on your behalf. I can't guarantee that this change would be implemented, but if it is it would be included in the Shopify Changelog, so you can keep an eye out there!
