How do I process WorldPay Offsite refunds for my store?

I have a shopify store and am using WorldPay (Offsite) to process payments. I have a couple of orders which need refunding and I can't see how to do it in Shopify admin. Or do I need to process it directly in WorldPay?

Hi @SaraTraff!

That's a great question.

You would be correct in saying that these refunds cannot be processed through the Shopify admin, rather, in the Worldpay control panel. They can be processed by logging into your Worldpay account. I found this document from Worldpay that explains how to refund the orders on their side.
