How do I provide an AliExpress customer with a tracking number?

I have a customer that ordered an item through my online drop shipping store. The vendor is AliExpress, through the Oberlo app, how do I send the customer a tracking number?

After the supplier fulfills your order, you can track your order's progress to make sure that your order is scheduled to arrive in the timeframe you advertise. To track your order, you need to find your order's tracking number, then use 3rd party websites to track your order's progress or track it directly in Oberlo using the shipment tracking feature: Track your Orders in Oberlo

 

If you prefer to set up automatic notifications for your customers, check out this guide: Set up Shipping Confirmation Notifications. If you go this route, you can set up an automatic shipping confirmation email notification that contains your order's tracking number. Your customers can click the tracking number to be directed to the parcel tracking website, such as 17track, and can track the shipment status by themselves.
